Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how bookings, participation, safety decisions, and operational changes are handled for White Expedition programs.
Effective date: March 7, 2026
Eligibility and fitness
You must disclose relevant medical information and be physically and mentally prepared for high-altitude travel, trekking, or mountaineering. White Expedition may decline participation where safety requires it.
Booking confirmation
A place is confirmed only after the required advance payment is received and White Expedition has completed participant verification. Places remain subject to capacity and operational feasibility.
Itinerary changes
Routes, timings, camps, and other plans may change because of weather, road access, health concerns, government directions, permit conditions, or other operational safety reasons. Expedition leaders make the final operational decision.
Assumption of risk
High-altitude and mountain activities involve inherent risks, including illness, injury, delays, changing conditions, and an unsuccessful summit attempt. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Conduct and compliance
Participants must follow guide instructions, safety systems, local rules, environmental standards, and expedition procedures. Serious non-compliance may result in removal from the program without a refund.
Liability and events beyond control
White Expedition is not responsible for loss, delay, damage, or additional costs caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather, natural hazards, political disruption, transport interruption, or other force-majeure events.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, White Expedition owns the website content, branding, logos, and expedition materials. They may not be reproduced or used without permission.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as provided by law.
