Legal terms governing bookings, participation, and operational use of White Expedition services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or participating in any White Expedition program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility and Fitness
Participants must disclose relevant medical history and ensure they are physically and mentally fit for high-altitude travel, trekking, or mountaineering. White Expedition reserves the right to deny participation on safety grounds.
3. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and successful verification by White Expedition. Availability is subject to expedition capacity and operational feasibility.
4. Itinerary Changes
Expedition plans may be modified due to weather, road conditions, health risks, government instructions, permit restrictions, or other safety-related operational reasons. Final decision rests with expedition leaders.
5. Assumption of Risk
High-altitude activities involve inherent risk including injury, illness, delays, or inability to summit. Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
6. Conduct and Compliance
Participants must follow guide instructions, safety protocols, local regulations, and environmental standards. Non-compliance may result in removal from the expedition without refund.
7. Liability Limitation
White Expedition is not liable for loss, damage, delay, or additional expenses arising from events beyond reasonable control, including weather disruption, natural hazards, political unrest, transport disruption, or force majeure.
8. Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, logos, and expedition material are the intellectual property of White Expedition unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to competent jurisdiction as per law.
