Arrival in Leh (3500m)
Arrive in Leh, Ladakh, and transfer to your accommodation.
Spend the day resting and acclimatizing to the altitude. Avoid physical exertion.

Begin the trek to Mentok Kangri Base Camp (7–8 hours).
