Arrival in Leh (3500 m)
Pick-up from Leh airport and transfer to hotel.
Rest and acclimatization after arrival.
Evening expedition briefing with team leader.

Acclimatization Hike & Local Exploration
Morning acclimatization walk near Leh.
Explore monasteries and local Leh market.
Equipment check and final briefing.

Drive to Korzok Village (4500 m) – Tsomoriri Lake
Scenic 5–6 hour drive through frozen Ladakh landscapes.
Arrival in Korzok and check-in at local homestay with fire tandoor.
Evening orientation and gear arrangement.
Overnight: Shared heated accommodation.

Acclimatization Day at Tsomoriri
Short hike around the frozen Tsomoriri Lake.
Summit gear check and safety briefing.
Rest and prepare for the first summit.
Overnight: Korzok.

Mt. Kiager Ri (6100 m) Summit Day
Start early (around 1:00 AM, weather dependent).
Summit push with stunning views of the Trans-Himalayas.
Descend safely back to Korzok village.

Full day of rest and recovery after the first summit.
Recheck equipment and prepare for second summit.
